Which het relationships in Lost do you like? I really haven't liked anyone much, but then I'm so wired into the slash it's hard to even spot the good het ones, although I am fond of Sun/Jin, and Rose/Bernard are wonderful!

But Zoe/Wash are made of awesome, and really, there isn't a bad character in Firefly (although if I have to dislike anything it's the obvious whore with a heart vs the 'captain/hero' who wants her to give it up with Inara and Mal that annoys me!)
