Oh, I'm definitely a fan of this crossover! I like how you put both elements of SPN and Boardwalk in it -- the setting and stuff obviously comes from the latter but a lot of scenes were from SPN as well (like Dean bringing Cas to a brothel and even small things like Dean cleaning his shirt, it reminded me of that scene in that same episode where they talk about personal space).
I'm glad this had a happy ending. When Cas realised his love was reciprocated, idk, it made me smile :) They both deserve to be happy, haha. Another favourite scene was when Dean first describes Castiel -- the face of an angel, but then he turns around and sees the wound. I definitely felt shock at that so great writing, with the whole contrast (plus that it was unexpected of course).
There might have been some minor contradictions ("It’s the first night in ages during which he sleeps fine. -- The next morning, Dean wakes up at the crack of dawn after sleeping fairly decently") -> the latter sentence suggest a less good night's sleep than the first) or some repetitions here and there with the same conversation about whether he's a good person or not etc. but it's nothing big.

Good job :)
