Use their hands a lot. Touch each others' hair and face. Possibly talk, though not necessarily the dirty kind of talk. If against a wall, it's quick and rough. If not, they take their time.

How exactly one thinks he's not worthy of the other and vice-versa. ;)

.. shit this is hard. *cries already* I think Dean though. Heck, Castiel has basically gone insane/ballistic because Dean didn't stick with him AFTER dying for him three times, if Dean died and Castiel couldn't go to his heaven or whatever he'd destroy the world for real. While Dean - I think he's adjusted enough (and still has Sam/Bobby left - Castiel basically HAS NO ONE) that he COULD cope, though he'd still be devastated. But idk if you look at it that way, Castiel has been living -for- Dean for two seasons. I don't think he'd cope at all.

Oh jesus what a question. With the current situation? Somehow they manage to depower Cas, the latter becomes human/falls, they spend ages trying to get over all their baggage and get together after a lot of angsting, but then since they'd actually quit the bullshit they'd have a chance at being happy. More realistic: Dean has to kill Cas, Cas actually wants him to because he realized how crappy it was to take the souls but he can't control them/himself anymore, then BAM! shortcut to Dean dying years later and getting into Heaven and we find out they were soulmates after all and Cas got forgiven or something and he's there waiting for Dean and they make up and have lots of afterlife sex. Canon damn you for not giving me anything better to use. XD

2. WHAT KIND OF QUESTION IS THAT. CASTIEL'S HAIR IS CLEARLY BETTER THAN EVERYONE ELSE'S.

4. I agree, I think Dean would cope better. In my head canon, he would naturally be devestated and have trouble dealing. Given the whole "you're like a brother to me" line, IMO, Cas isn't that far from being on the same level as Sam (though I know Dean could never really care for anyone the way he cares for Sam), so THERE WOULD BE ANGST. And if Cas dies and they do not SHOW ME THE ANGST? I will hurt someone.
5. See. I'm torn. On the one hand, the only way I will accept Castiel dying is if Dean's kills him. And it has to be this big angsty thing, like... well, the only thing I can compare it to is a majorly spoilerrific moment from a show I can't remember if you've ever seen or not, so I WILL SHUT UP. But there are a lot of similarities. ANYWAY. On the other hand, I need defused/humbled/human!Cas and lots of guilt and redemption and angst and forgiveness and hugging, please. D:

4. That. I mean, Dean HAS lost Sam once, I don't think anything could be worse for him you know? Even if it'd be BAD. On the contrary Cas is way less stable on that front.
5. I WANT fallen!Cas so much that it hurts me. But if he has to die I want Dean to do it. Er, oh dear, now this sounds probably very weird but have you seen Kill Bill? Because the ending of the second movie is the way I'd want it to happen if it has to happen. Mostly I JUST WANT FALLEN!CAS OKAY.
