Oh, also nice to see you have discovered Firefly. It's about the only Wheedon show I can sit through; I totally agree that I'd rather have seen more Firefly than Buffy/Angel. I really liked the girl characters too. Zoe I just loved from the start (Zoe/Wash is a fun healthy relationship which is very refreshing). River gets better and better towards the end and is especially awesome in the last ep. And Book! I loved Book too. Jayne is an arsehole, but in an entertaining way I felt.
