2) Then: there are two tv-related things I'll talk about in this post. Vampire porn: okay listen this season doesn't seem like the epitome of coherent plot to me, but the Originals-related spin-off made it look like old school HBO in comparison. I'm not even going to bother with spoiler cutting, but I've never seen anything more ridiculous in my entire life. Okay, Ringer was probably as bad if not worse in certain points, but hahahahaha no. Considering that I really don't care about Klaus regardless I'm... not watching it. Nope. Sticking with the good old vampire porn, thanks.

3) Thankfully Supernatural was the total opposite instead (meaning, I loved the shit out of it).

5. Also: Patti Smith might be going towards seventy but you totally don't notice it. No seriously if when I'm her age I'm 5% as cool as she is I'll take it. (Yes, I went to concert number six. I think she's officially the person I've seen live most. <3)

6) I've also seen IM3! :D even if I still haven't seen the second. I'm a horrible fan. Whatever. No spoilers because seriously I watch those movies mostly for fun and I don't really have anything deep to say, but it was a good movie, I had a lot of fun, at least I caught it in English and the post-credits scene completely killed me in all the good ways. Anyone who's seen it knows what I mean. And if you know how I tick then you probably guessed why I've been all like THE POST-CREDITS SCENE since yesterday. Also if someone had told me that I'd go watch RDJ being Iron Man when I was dying over him when he was in Ally McBeal I'm not sure I'd have bought it, but it's all good. NOW SOMEONE PLEASE GIVE ME THE CAPTAIN AMERICA SEQUEL THANK YOU I need that certain character back in my life.

7) Steve Earle's new record is beyond excellent. <3 Yes, this deserved a point for itself.

8) Also, I bought cookie stamps and I made Stark and Tully cookies. I figured I'd share because I'm very pleased with the result xD

1) ... hi, it's been a long time. In my defense, I spent pretty much the entire last month studying for the most useless final that I ever had to take and I've been done with the entire session last Monday. Buut in good news the broken computer was replaced, so hopefully I'll manage to catch up with everything I missed when it was down and while I was breaking my head over stuff I didn't care about. And possibly catch up with fic writing.

2) Also, since for the last five days I've been pretty much sleeping my time off and because before the final I was drowning in notes: happy extremely late birthday to mollivanders and toestastegood! <3333 I hope the two of you had amazing days and that you got accordingly spoiled. ;) and since I don't know if on Monday I'll be able to post (see point 3) happy early birthday to ozmissage! ♥ I hope you get the best of days and that some Mark Ruffalo clone drops from the sky in front of your door, but in case that one doesn't happen, still best wishes for the best possible time. ;)

3) Point the third: tomorrow I'm going on (real) vacation and I'll be going to Sweden and hanging out at pnr's, and it'll include visiting Copenhagen, other lovely places in the south of Sweden and seeing Bruce Springsteen again (<3). I should still be more or less around in some capacity (at least on Twitter), but that said, if anyone wants a postcard I'd be more than happy to provide. ;) If I already have your address from somewhere else just say that you want one, otherwise send me a PM with it.

4) Back when I wasn't having computer issues I was thinking of doing some tv reaction post catching up for the finales I missed, but obviously I got swamped in finals and then I didn't have the computer and then I never did, so while I'm going to post some lengthy reviews of Carnivàle, Kings and the last three Sopranos season when I'm back, just a couple thoughts over the last two GOT eps which I totally missed talking about last time. ( this is all very short and without much dwelling, but everyone said it already, so. )

It caused me at least a good ten minutes of cracking up.

Reason: I was supposed to have an exam on the 19th, then it was moved to the 24th, THEN it was moved to the 3rd (for me) and I've been angsting over it until now. And will angst over it until Thursday. Doesn't help that I don't care about any of it but hopefully the second time will go through...

3. Meanwhile I've been at least keeping up with shows.

Shortly: Ringer keeps on being ridiculous and at some point I'll just fast forward to the scenes with Nestor Carbonell and watch just him. Mostly because the characters seem to be in a race for who is the most dumb. ( like, just a couple of things ) H50 got better even if it's still not as shiny as last season and I still don't get if I want Lori gone or not. Then again just show me AOL without a shirt and we can talk. Sirens got canceled so there goes the only new show that I really liked this season. Meeeh.

4. So, Misha Collins is apparently wanting to get into the world records guinness by making us go insane and opened a website for it. Out of all the things you were supposed to do until now I only managed to get someone to take a picture of yours truly while holding up a sign saying gishwishes takes Rome. You don't want to know how I explained the entire thing to the very nice woman taking the pic for me. If anyone has missed the collage on the site..



You can see yours truly's face for a split half of a second at 0.44. I'm the one with the trenchcoat in front of the Pantheon - you can't really read the sign but you COULD, if looked at the picture in the right size. XD

5. Throwing it here: anyone would be willing to beta for me 6000 words of Castiel & Amelia Novak fic for Novakfest? Posting starts on the 8th but I highly doubt I'll be posting early, so no hurries.

6. Aaand... happy Halloween to whoever seriously does it! Between it not being a huge thing here and the fact that I have to study physics stuff I absolutely don't give a damn about I'm doing.. absolutely anything, but here, have the Best Thing Ever For This Holiday that I know.

Now I just need to get through a will-be-not-nice session at the university office if they have to bitch about what I need to put on my study plan. Hopefully I won't end up on the newspaper for strangling the employees. (Also, in my university the office supposed to deal with students is now open TWICE each week, three hours each, and none of these is in the afternoon. At times I think I should have done university abroad entirely.)

3. TV talking under the cut! Or well, what TV I've seen that isn't the vampire porn or SPN. Also: the bit about H50 isn't exactly flattering and there's talking of possibly triggering subjects.

4. Meanwhile, out of utter curiosity (and because it was short) I went and downloaded/watched New Amsterdam. What's sad: the eight episodes of that show are better than half of the new shows I checked out. *facepalm* It was lovely. And I obviously need to catch up with things either till airing or wrapped up, not things that were canceled without an ending ages ago.

5. I signed up for mini_nanowrimo again, in hopes that during November I manage to finish stuff. Last year it was awesome and being forced to write daily is a good thing, so I'll give it another go. One of these years I'll do the regular Nanowrimo again but it'll be when I'm done with classes forever.

In I-don't-even-know news, after the high school reunion I'm apparently facing a junior high reunion. I'm totally not convinced that it's a good idea, since it's the kind of thing where you should bring popcorn and munch while people strangle each other virtually, but we shall see. And yoga started again, and it's been glorious. At least that.

The second I know when we vote, since they're not lasting until the term is done, I'll mark days on a calendar.

Hi world. <33 sorry for being scarce but I'm currently internet-less at my grandmother's village except for my mom's USB key that gets you on the internet, but I have to go from her computer and I can't stay more than half an hour each day, so I'm not checking the FL. Meanwhile in the last four days I managed to finish two books I had started ages ago and I read another three and a half, I already need detox from all the crappy television my grandparents manage to watch and then I managed to completely burn my back at the seaside even if I was wearing a white shirt. The last bit is making me feel like my back was on fire. The first bit would be good but if I keep this rate I'll run out of books before I leave. The place is, however, more depressing with every passing year. I have enough confirms that I couldn't live in places far from cities. Or in places where there isn't a bookshop.
