Other random stuff:

- I'm back in Rome tomorrow. I plan to catch up for good then because for now I've been online stealing wi-fi from my other grandparents' place and I've barely managed to check one day of FL. I hope I manage, at least.

- I have three other luau fics ready to post, along with the help_chile one. Therefore, sorry in advance for spamming the hell out of you tomorrow evening my time.

- My birthday was mostly uneventful, but I had excellent alcohol and excellent food, therefore I'm chalking it as a win. My grandmother's place didn't sadly get any better, but in three days I'm leaving again for another three days of opera so I'm just looking forward to that. Then I'm back for good. \o/

- I have a bunch of book recs, but that'll be for my next serious post. Ten days with sporadic internet make me productive I guess? Anyway, it's 1 AM and I should probably wake up early-ish tomorrow, therefore I'll be heading to bed after I finish answering comments. I'm so behind, ew. *waves*

HAAAI EVERYONE!

Okay, this should be a lot more long and detailed but since I need to leave for the grandmother's place in Sicily tomorrow and I still haven't finished re-packing I'm afraid that the whole experience recap with pictures will have to wait until I can actually stand in front of a screen for two hours and write everything. Which isn't going to happen now, I'm afraid. Anyway, apart from Ryanair being the worst company someone could fly with (both flights ran late, and since the second one was at 6 AM and I hadn't slept at all since waking up at 8.30 the day before you'll imagine how happy I was about that.. XD), it was just so great! Edinburgh is such a beautiful city, and the company was uttermost awesome. ;) ♥ Really, why can't we all live in fangirland? Anyway, wait for a bunch of Jacob stuff to appear on your FL shortly. Of actually scary proportions, I might add, but whatever. ;)

Okay, now, I should be packing. And posting my castielfest fic #1 before I leave tomorrow so I'm cool with that and I can post the second whenever. And try to understand why in the netbook I apparently got for my birthday it won't accept the code for using Word. (PS: Windows 7 Starter is crap. Just because it made me lose one hour which I could have used for more important purposes. And it doesn't let you change your desktop unless you cheat, but I cheated.)

So, that's it for now, I'll try to go gain back my regular sleeping pattern, I'll see you all tomorrow evening when I hack the internet from my other grandparents' which I'll stay at for one day before getting stuck with internet points until mid-month. *waves* If I end up posting random fic it'll mean I managed to finish all on time tomorrow morning.

1. I am in the hellhole (-> grandparents' from my mom's side place) again. For anyone who wasn't friends with me last year, it equals me bitching because I get bored and sunburned until Sept. 3rd when we're leaving and on the 4th I'll be back home. Where I'll probably keep on bitching because of medieval philosophy, but that's not the point.

2. Thankfully the trip was fine and it actually went quicker than I'd have thought. Except for the fundamentalist Christians standing next to us on the boat which were kinda scary especially when they started singing hymns, but apart from that everything is good.

3. Happy birthday to zelda_zee and tellshannon815!! ♥♥♥ I hope both have an awesome day and an even better year because the both of you totally deserve it ♥. And since I couldn't manage to make you banners since my Photoshop is at home (even though I still haven't given up on some late luau gifting for the both of you) and I haven't been at home for ages (sorry for that!), if you want to prompt me with anything I'll be glad to take it. Happy birthday again! ♥

4. Crap, updating with ten people behind you as you try to save some good old fashioned porn of the SPN variety on your usb key is upsetting. *shudders* But I need my fic.

5. Meanwhile I'll try to star working on both of my bigbangs. Lost will be the WWII AU, SPN is tending to be the Wings Of Desire one. I just hope I'll manage to chunk some of that out, but then again apart from medieval philosophy and getting sunburned at the sea I don't have much else to do.

6. I'm trying to catch up, but I'm going very fast and I'll probably miss stuff, so if there's something you think I should see, link me here please? ;)

7. And uhm, since I gather some of my FL is going to the Vancouver con, HAVE FUN THERE!!

8. Edit: a friend of my aunt's just came into the internet point. THANKFULLY I wasn't doing the whole pasting-fic-into-a-document thing. Er.

And that'd be pretty much all. Apart from pictures, the weather was great, the food was delicious and my feet still hurt but it was totally worth it. I had a great time and I definitely love Spain *sighs*. Next round I'm going to Madrid though ;)

Oh, and best thing of all? The coffee is good. Really good. And I'm sort of shocked because usually when I go outside Italy is generally long and less strong than it's here, but Spanish coffee is delicious. Absolutely approved! Argh, can I go back?

Pheeew. Here I am! Dead tired but I had the most wonderful time there and it was an awesome vacation. I'll probably do a more detailed post soon when I have pictures and everything but for now I don't. And since it's a kind of late hour I'll try to answer comments and do some catching up of the Lost kind (I don't think I'll be able to do it with everything else since last time it wouldn't even show me a day of FL if I tried to catch up with all), so expect some random comment. Especially if you had fic out and if it isn't too long (in that case, tomorrow you'll get the late comments anyway). *waves* I can't wait to see what you've been up to! Hoping it wasn't too much. And new Lost tomorrow. Wow, I chose an awesome timing... ;)
